Remove the I/O board module

Make sure the following FRU (or CRU) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 56
"Remove the fan" on page 65
Step 1. Remove two screws and then open the hinge.

Step 2. Disconnect the I/O board cable from the system board. Remove one screw and then remove the I/
O board with cable.
