The VGA Playlist Control Panel

Click the Playlist Control button located at the
upper right just above the playlist to open the
playlist control panel. To close the playlist control
panel, click the Playlist Control button again.
You can also show or hide the playlist control panel by holding down SHIFT on the
VS-2000 and pressing its HOME button.
The V.Track control panel pane allows you to activate any V-Track by clicking on it.
Click the control panel's LOCATOR tab to display the Locator pane.
In the Locator pane, you can quickly store, recall and clear locators right from the
playlist.
Use the Locator pane for locator operations. To:
To name a locator—or perform other locator operations—click the LOC buttons
(Page 38), respectively.

Select locator banks
with these buttons.
Perform locator
actions by clicking
these buttons
change locator banks—click the desired bank's number.
store a locator—move the now line to the desired location and click the number of an
unused locator position.
recall a locator—click the locator's number.
clear a locator—hold down CLEAR on the VS-2000 and click the locator's number.

Each track's 16 V-Tracks are arranged
in a horizontal row. A symbol shows
each V-Track's status.

Not selected, no audio
Not selected, has audio
Any V-Track that's selected for
editing flashes. Destination V-Tracks
also flash, outlined in gray. See

details.
