Power Requirements

Jacuzzi spas are designed to provide optimum performance and
flexibility of use when connected to the maximum electrical service listed
below. Minor circuit board modifications can be performed to allow your
new spa to accept an electrical service other than the factory operation
setting.
Note: Refer to pages 46-50 for circuit board configuration details or
contact your authorized Jacuzzi dealer.
North American J-115/J-125 Convertible Models (60 Hz)

* In 15A/30A configuration, the heater will not operate while the jets
pump is running in high speed. The factory setting is 120V/15A.
** In 40A configuration, the heater will operate while the jets pump is
running in high speed.
**CAUTION: (For a 4-wire 240 VAC Heater Operation): Make
certain wires are connected exactly as shown in Figure D (page 17)
before applying power. Failure to do so will result in damage to the
circuit board and/or related components and void the manufacturer's
warranty.
