Adjustment of Bk-color primary charging bias
To change the primary charging bias value for black.
When an image failure occurs
Enter setting value, and then press OK key.

Adjustment of Bk-color developing bias
To change the developing bias value for black.
When eliminating Bk-color fogging
Enter setting value, and then press OK key.
Toner deposit on a white spot area may be solved by changing the value.
Correct the value gradually and observe the result. Toner density in the printing result may change.
Try either a positive or negative value while checking whether the error is cleared.

Adjustment of fixing temperature
To change the fixing temperature.
When an image failure occurs
Enter setting value, and then press OK key.
Raising the fixing temperature may cause hot offset, separation failure for thin moist paper,
and/or further curling.
Lowering the fixing temperature may cause fixing errors.

Adjustment of secondary transfer ATVC bias
To change the secondary transfer ATVC value.
When a secondary transfer image failure occurs
Enter setting value, and then press OK key.
Should be applied when an image is not properly transferred onto paper.
1. Image is secondary transferred with bleeding or scattered edges: adjust to the + side (in some
cases adjusting to the - side may improve the symptom).
2. Dark spots or white dots occur on halftone images: adjust to the - side (in some cases adjusting
to the + side may improve the symptom).
