24. Have assistant hold cross beam while you
attach it to front and rear posts with (5) M10-
1.5 x 80 hex bolts, (10)
(5) M10-1.5 hex nuts (see Figure 28). Hand-
tighten all fasteners until told otherwise later.
Note: Carriage leg wheels should face each
other (see Figure 28).

25. Attach scale calibration bracket to cross
beam with (2) M10-1.5 x 80 hex bolts, (4)
flat washers, and (2) M10-1.5 hex nuts (see
Figure 29).
26. Attach (2) cable pulleys to cross beam with
(2) M12-1.75 x 110 hex bolts, 12 x 19 x 23mm
spacers, ⁄ " flat washers, and M12-1.75 hex
