Procedures 15 through 19 present dialing procedures for Hayes
Keyboard Dialing (KBD) operation.
Note: (CR) indicates a carriage return in the following procedures.

Procedure 16 describes an incomplete call while using Hayes KBD.
Calls can fail to complete because of incompatible parameters or a
noisy data path. Register S7 contains the maximum time to wait for the
call to complete. If synchronization is not attained in this amount of time,
the call is released.
