C3–1411
► Error message
Imaging unit is not installed. Install the unit.
► Symptom
The imaging unit is not installed. / The data of CRUM is not detected.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Open the front cover and remove the waste toner container.
2) Remove the imaging unit.
(Refer to 3.2.1. Developer_Toner cartridge_Drum unit)
3) If its life is at the end, replace the drum unit and developer with new one.
► Error Code
C3–1414
► Error message
Imaging Unit Failure: #C3-1414. Install imaging unit again
► Symptom
The machine can not read the charger resistance value of the imaging unit.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Turn the machine off then on.
2) Remove the imaging unit. If the contact terminal is contaminated, clean it.
3) Reinstall the imaging unit.
4) If the problem persists, check the circuit for high voltage and control.
