Power Connections and Startup

The device power cord connection(s) determines if the setup can
provide dual-redundant power to the protected device(s). See Figure 23
for a non-redundant powered device, Figure 24 for a dual-redundant
powered device, or Figure 25 for a UPS providing non-redundant power
to a device with redundant power supplies.

Verify that the UPS is off and unplugged.
Connect the switch or circuit to the REPO connector on the UPS
rear panel using insulated 0.75 mm
(see Figure 22).

Verify that the externally-connected REPO switch is not activated to
enable power to the UPS output receptacle.
Plug in the UPS and start the UPS by pressing the On button.
Activate the external REPO switch to test the REPO function.
De-activate the external REPO switch and restart the UPS.
