Explanation
The indicated print cartridge is
not installed correctly, or not
installed.
The error message appears
even though the print cartridge
is installed correctly.
The fusing unit is not installed or
not installed correctly.
The waste toner bottle is not
installed or not installed
correctly.
There is a problem with the
printer's controller.
Color registration failed.
Recommended Action
Install the indicated print
cartridge correctly.
Using a dry cloth, carefully
wipe the interface area on the
print cartridge surface.
Install the fusing unit correctly.
Install the waste toner bottle
correctly.
If the error message appears
even though the waste toner
bottle is attached correctly,
contact your service
representative.
Turn off the main power, and
then turn it on again.
If the error occurs again,
contact your sales or service
representative.
Clean the toner density sensor.
