To set or change a password

The following describes the procedure for setting or changing a password to be
attached to a stored document.

Display the Scan Original display.

Press [Password].

Enter a password using the number keys, and then press [#].
You can use four to eight digits for specifying the password.

Reenter the password for verification, and then press [#].
E
Press [OK].
