TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION:
Stop the robot lawn mower and bring it back to safety conditions (See Par.
5.3.2).
Below there is the list of any anomalies that may arise during the work phase.
PROBLEM
Abnormal vibrations.
The robot lawn mower
is noisy.
The robot lawn mower
does not position itself
properly inside the
charging station.
The mower robot
behaves abnormally
around perimeter
obstacles.
The robot lawn mower
works at the wrong
times.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSES
Damaged cutting disc or blades
Cutting device blocked by
residues (tapes, ropes, plastic
fragments, etc.).
The robot lawn mower was started
in the presence of unexpected
obstacles (fallen branches,
forgotten objects, etc.).
Electric motor failure
Grass too tall
Incorrect position of the perimeter
cable.
Ground next to the recharging
base has collapsed
Perimeter cable laid in the wrong
way
Clock set in the wrong way
Working time set incorrectly
SOLUTIONS
Replace the damaged components
(see Par. 6.3).
Switch off the robot lawn mower in safety
conditions (see Par. 2.3). Unlock the cutting
blade.
Switch off the robot lawn mower in safety
conditions (see Par. 2.3). Remove obstacles
and restart the robot lawn mower
(see Par. 5.3.9).
Replace the motor, contact the nearest
authorized service centre.
Increase the cutting height (see Par. 5.6).
Make a preliminary cut of the area with a
normal lawn mower (see Par. 5.6).
Check the connection of the charging
station (see Par. 4.5.13).
Restore the correct positioning of the
charging base. (See Par. 4.5.3).
Reposition the perimeter cable correctly
(clockwise) (see Par. 4.5.1).
Reset the robot lawn mower clock
(see Par. 4.7.6).
Reset the working time (see Par. 4.7.8).
