Replacing the nozzle

To replace the nozzle, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner
by means of the main system switch.
DANGER
 put the burner in its maintenance position, as shown in
Fig. 12;
 loosen the 3 screws 1)(Fig. 13) from the collar, then remove
the blast tube 2);
 loosen the screw 3) and disconnect the high voltage
cables 4);
 remove the electrode-stabiliser unit 5);
 fix the nozzle-holder 6) with the aid of the wrench, then
replace the nozzle 8);
 loosen the nozzle with the aid of a size 16 wrench, and
replace it;
 tighten the nozzle then reassemble the electrode/stabiliser
unit, respecting the position of the electrodes.
