Sets the bits in the Operational Status Enable Summary Mask (OSESM) that enable the
contents of the OSESR for slots 15 - 17 of the HP 8166A Lightwave Measurement System
to affect the Status Byte (STB).
Setting a bit in this register to 1 enables the corresponding bit in the OSESR for slots 15 -
17 of the HP 8166A Lightwave Measurement System to affect bit 7 of the Status Byte.
The bit value for the OSESM as a 16-bit signed integer value (0 .. +32767)
The default value is 0.
