Net Communication Connection with the server was
Error lost while sending or receiving
data.
Network is not Ready A scanned file could not be sent
because the machine has not
received IP address information
from the DHCP server
completely.
On Hook or Stop key The machine has been off-hook
for an extended period of time.
Out of Paper: X The indicated tray has run out of
paper.
Restart Machine... The machine needs to be
restarted.
Print Cart. Set Error The print cartridge has not been
installed or has not been
installed correctly.
Remove Paper: The machine failed to proceed
with the print job, because tray
Bypass Tray
1 was specified as the input tray
but paper was set in the bypass
tray.
Replace Required The print cartridge is almost
Soon: empty.
Print Cartridge
Replacement The fusing unit is no longer
Required: usable, and must be replaced.
Fusing Unit
RX Comm. Error A reception error occurred, and
the fax could not be received
correctly.
Causes
Contact the network administrator.
Wait until the machine receives the IP
address information completely, and then
try the operation again.
Put down the handset phone or press the
[Clear/Stop] key.
Load paper to the indicated tray. See
page 35 "Loading Paper".
Turn off the power, and then turn it back
on.
Reinstall the print cartridge. See page 239
"Replacing the Print Cartridge".
Remove paper from the bypass tray.
Prepare a new print cartridge.
Contact your sales or service
representative.
If possible, contact the sender of the fax
and ask them to resend it.
