Installing the lower triple clamp

Main work
–
Open cable holder

Remove screw
handlebar and set it aside.

Cover the components to protect them against damage.
Do not kink the cables and lines.

Remove O-ring

Take off the lower triple clamp with the steering stem.

Remove the upper steering head bearing.

Main work

Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and grease.

Position the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount the upper steering
head bearing.

Check whether upper steering head seal

Mount protective ring

Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.

Mount screw
–
Position the clutch line in the guide above the voltage regulator.
