P23 Auto Clear Setting
Use P23 to set the time interval to return the copier to the initial set-
tings after the last copy of a run has been completed. The time can
be set from 10 to 240 seconds in 10 second increments.
When P23 is entered, the following message will appear.
P24 Add or Change Extra Presets
Two extra preset copy ratios can be added within both the reduction
range (50% to 99%) and the enlargement range (101% to 200%).
Only added preset copy ratios can be changed. The standard preset
copy ratios are fixed in memory and cannot be changed.
When P24 is entered, the following message will appear.

SET THE TIME FOR AUTO CLEAR.
(10 TO 240 SECONDS), PRESS START.
1.
Set the desired time interval using the 10–key pad.
2.
Press the START key.

P24: ADD OR CHANGE EXTRA PRESETS.
PRESS EITHER THE REDUCTION OR
ENLARGEMENT KEY.
1.
Press either the REDUCTION or ENLARGEMENT key
depending on the extra preset copy ratio to be set.
The following message will appear.

CHANGED.

Press key 1 or 2.
The following message will appear.

USE ZOOM KEY TO SELECT NEW PRESET.
PRESENT

3.
Enter the desired copy ratio using the ZOOM keys.
4.
Press the START key.
5.
To add or change other extra preset copy ratios, repeat
steps 2 to 4. Press the PROGRAM key to exit the
program.
To cancel extra preset copy ratios, skip step 3 and go straight
to step 4.
