The upper and lower limits for the output frequency can be
clamped. When the lower limit is not 0, acceleration to that lower
limit setpoint begins immediately when the start command is input.

Frequency command
By setting constant No. 24 to 110%, frequencies up to 1.1 times the
value of constant No. 2 can be output. However, 400 Hz is the high-
est frequency that can be output.
For example, assume constant No. 2 = 60 Hz. A frequency of 66 Hz
will be output if constant No. 24 = 1.1.
