2.1.7-1 Removing the Paper Pushing
Plate
1) Slide out the saddle unit, and detach the
PCB cover. (4 screws)
2) Remove the folding roller knob and the
front lower cover. (6 screws)
3) Remove the saddle stitcher controller
PCB [1]. (17 connectors [2], 4 screws
[3])
4) Free the harness [5] from the cord
clamp [4].
5) Fit in the screws into the two screw
holes of the pushing plate case until
they stop. These screws will be used as
a reference later when determining the
distance L for mounting the paper push-
ing plate. (Use the screws that were
used to hold the PCB cover in place.)
