Set the output buffer high priority service ratio for a physical
port.

1|2047-to-1| 4095-to-1|8191-to-1| 16383-to-1|32767-

Specifies the module and the port.
The output buffer.
The priority service ratios are:
15-to-1, 31-to-1, 63-to-1, 127-to-1, 255-to-1, 511-
to-1, 1023-to-1, 2047-to-1, 4095-to-1, 8191-to-1,
16383-to-1, or 32767-to-1.
The following example sets the buffer high priority service
ration for physical port 4/1 to 15-to-1.
Cajun(configure)# set buffering port 4/1 output
hipri-service-ratio 15-to-1
Buffers for port 4/1 set.
