8) Continue using the encoder and the "NEXT" (and "PREV") buttons to set the correct year,
and then the correct local time.
9) Press "NEXT" to select the "Calibration" setting. If it is something other than "N/A," use the
encoder to set the value back to "N/A."
10) Press "NEXT" once more to select the "Clock Enable" setting. Verify that there is no check
mark in the box.
11) If there is a check mark in the box, use the encoder to toggle the check mark off and verify
that the clock is no longer running.
12) Press the soft button "Info" on the right hand side. The LCD will display the following:
(Note that version numbers will be different on the final release of the boot and OS code.)
13) Remove S60/S80 Service Key and connect the RL barcode scanner to the MIDI IN jack
(make sure scanner is connected to power).
14) Scan the serial number barcode. If the scan is successful, the new serial number will be
automatically entered and the LCD will briefly display the following:
15) When the message disappears, verify that the new serial number displayed is correct.
