TIME/DATE/SERIAL NUMBER INPUT
1) Turn off the unit and connect the S60/S80 Service Key to unit's MIDI jacks.
2) Power up unit while holding down "P" and "PLAY." There will be a brief message ("Entering
Privilege Mode...") as the unit boots up to confirm that the unit has entered "Privilege" mode
(and thus enable serial number input).
3) Assuming that the unit does not have a valid serial number, the following error message will
be displayed:
Ignore the message and press the soft button that corresponds to "OK."
4) If the following error message is displayed, ignore again and press "OK."
The system will automatically move into the Date/Time Setup page (go directly to step 6).
5) If there was no error message regarding invalid system date and time, then press the button
"GLOBAL." Then press the soft button that corresponds to the text "System" on the left hand
side of the display, and then "Date/Time" on the right hand side.
6) At this point the LCD should display the following:
(Note that the date and time may not be exactly as shown above.)
The current month should highlighted as shown above. Use the encoder to select the correct
month.
7) Press "NEXT" to select the day. Again use the encoder to select the correct day.
