Dopo aver regolato la fase agendo sulla catena come
descritto precedentemente, potrebbe rendersi necessa-
rio un aggiustamento su una delle unità della bina. Per
perfezionare il centraggio del collettore di scarico pianta
(A) rispetto alla tazza perforante in arrivo, allentare le
viti (B), quindi per POSTICIPARE lo scarico, spostare
in avanti il collettore (A), e ribloccare poi le viti (B),
mentre per ANTICIPARE, una volta allentate le viti (B),
spostare il collettore (A), all'indietro fino a raggiungere
il perfetto centraggio,dopo di chè ribloccare le viti (B).
CAMBIO GANASCE PERFORATRICI
Esistono 5 tipi di ganasce, 3 lunghe e 2 corte, inter-
cambiabili in base al tipo di zolletta che si desidera
trapiantare.
Per effettuare questa operazione, procedere come segue:
• Sganciare le due molle (C).
• Togliere le quattro viti (D), allendanto prima i dadi.
• Sfilare la coppia ganasce (Fig. 2).
Se non fosse presente sulla coppia ganasce che si
vuole montare il rullo comando apertura (E), smontare
questo dalle ganasce tolte precedentemente e mon-
tarlo sulle nuove ganasce.
A questo punto, procedere al montaggio delle nuove
ganasce sui bicchieri nel senso inverso descritto per
lo smontaggio.
Nell'operazione di montaggio/smontaggio
dei bicchieri o delle ganasce, assicurarsi
che non ci siano persone estranee che fac-
ciano ruotare la ruota di trasmissione (F).

After adjusting the timing by means of the chain as pre-
viously indicated, it might be necessary to adjust one of
the units of the double row as well. In order to obtain the
perfect centering of the plant discharge COLLECTOR (A)
compared to the coming drilling cup, it is necessary to loo-
sen the screws (B), and then to DELAY the outlet, move the
COLLECTOR (A) forward, and fasten the screws (B). On
the contrary to HASTEN, once the screws have been loosen
(B), move the COLLECTOR (A) backwards until the perfect
centering is achieved, after that fasten the screws (B).
REPlACEMENT OF ThE PERFORATING ClASPS
There are 5 types of jaws, 3 long and 2 short, which
are interchangeable according to the sod type to be
transplanted.
In order to do this, follow this procedure:
• Unhook the two springs (C).
• Remove the four screws (D), first loosen the nuts.
• Remove the couple of jaws (Fig. 2).
In case the couple of jaws to be mounted is not equip-
ped with the roller for opening control (E), take it off
from the previously mounted jaws and mount it on
the new ones.
Then mount the new jaws on the cups in reversed
order to the disassembly.

no foreign people turning the transmis-
sion wheel (F).
