a green LED indicates that the NAS server is
powered on
•
none or no light indicates that the NAS server
is powered off
warning none or no light indicates that the NAS server is
functioning normally
•
LAN 1 and
a green LED indicates that the NAS server is
LAN 2
connected to the network through one of the
LAN connectors
•
a flashing green LED indicates that there is
network activity on one of the LAN
connectors
hard disk a green LED indicates that the hard disk drive is
drive status installed in the drive bay and functioning properly
•
hard disk
a flashing amber LED indicates that the hard
drive activity
disk drive is active
•
none or no light indicates that the hard disk
drive is not active

off indicates that the NAS server is disconnected

error such as the drive is physically damaged
or that a volume is corrupt

an amber/green flash pattern indicates that
the RAID for this hard drive is being rebuilt
