Home page (General
Information) cannot be
accessed.

Table 4-6: Web Interface Diagnostics

Possible Problem
Incorrect IP address
and/or Subnet Mask.
Problems with host
computer, or LB NI-01
Indoor unit.
Host PC ARP table is
incorrectly configured
Troubleshooting using The Web Interface
Solution
Perform a ping test from
the host computer
command line.
If the ping test is
unsuccessful, then the
problem is with the IP
address. Perform a long
reset to apply the default
address (192.168.25.2)
and Subnet Mask
(255.255.255.0)
If the ping is successful try
a short reset of the LB NI-
01, and/or reboot the host
computer.
Run "arp –d"
whenever the LB NI-01
Indoor unit is swapped.
Check that the host PC's
subnet Mask matches that
of the
LB NI-01 Indoor unit.
Check that the host PC's
address is 192.168.25.n,
where 'n' is not equal to 0,
2, or 255.
