Chapter 2 - Installation
IMPORTANT
The BreezeACCESS LB System is used as a fixed wireless Ethernet bridge
that is to be professionally installed by a trained professional installer or sub-
contractor.
For compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, the transmitting antenna
is required to be mounted outdoors on the building roof or antenna tower and
located at a distance of more than 2.1 meters (6.5 feet) from the transmitting
antenna to any person's body.
The BreezeACCESS LB System is certified by the USFCC and Industry
Canada with 5.8 GHz Directional Antennas, Alvarion Part Numbers 858109
(28 dBi Gain) and 858110 (23 dBi).
Contact Alvarion for a list of additional certified directional parabolic antennas.
For fixed, point-to-point mode of operations, the transmitting antennas must be
directional as specified in this Users Manual; the use of omni-directional
antenna is prohibited for point-to-point operation.
