Install the Small Mounting Shelf

On the front of each rack rail, partially insert a mounting screw in the lowest hole

specified in Table 2 on page 9
Install the small shelf on the front of each rack rail. Rest the bottom slot of each flange

on one of the installed mounting screws.
Partially insert screws into the open holes in the ears of the small shelf.

Tighten all the screws completely.

Remove the Mounting Hardware From the Chassis

If you are front-mounting the router in an open-frame rack, remove the adjustable
center-mounting brackets.
Remove the screws securing the adjustable center-mounting brackets to the chassis.

Remove the adjustable center-mounting brackets.
