as an Actual Character
If you want to use an "*" as an actual character, you must place
a " #" before the "*".
For example, you may want to program the feature access code
*70 into a (REP DIAL) button.
You program: # *70
This means: *70
Using # as an Actual Character
If you want to use " #" as an actual character, you must place
" # #" in the stored number.
For example, you may want to store a Call Accountability feature
access code, # # PDC, in a (REP DIAL) button.
You program: # # # #275
This means: # #275
Using # with System Speed Dialing Codes
When you want to have a System Speed Dialing code as part of
your stored number, you should use a single " #" for the code.
For example, you may want to program the System Speed
Dialing code #100 into a (REP DIAL) button.
You program: #100
This means: #100 (System Speed Dialing code # 100)
