Searching the System Directory

Press (DIRECTORY) .

The following display appears:

DIR: ENTER NAME #

Using the letters on your dial pad

specify the search combination by

letter(s) of the person's name.

directory that matches the letters you specified.

At the beginning of each display, you will see the letter

"D" to remind you that you are using the Directoy

feature.

To see the next matched entry, press (NEXT).

You may need to press (NEXT) several times

before the correct name appears.

If you appear to be far from your
