Maintenance Procedure
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Grease the machine (Grease immediately after every washing).
• Check the air filter service indicator light (more frequently if conditions are dusty
or sandy).
• Check the engine oil level.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the lug nuts.
• Clean the radiator.
• Check the cooling system.
• Check the hydraulic fluid level.
• Remove debris from the machine and screens.
• Check for loose fasteners.
• Remove the air cleaner cover, clean out any debris, and check the air filter service
indicator light (more frequently if conditions are dusty or sandy).
• Drain water and other contaminants from the fuel filter/water separator.
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the battery electrolyte level (replacement battery only).
• Check the axle oil levels.
• Check the cooling system hoses.
• Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose fittings, kinked lines, loose mounting
supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.
• Check for dirt build-up in the chassis.
• Change the oil filter.
• Replace the fuel filter.
• Check the battery cable connections.
• Check the transmission oil.
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Check the fuel lines and connections for deterioration, damage, or loose connections.
• Check and maintain the ROPS; check it after an accident.
• Replace the safety air filter (more frequently if conditions are dusty or sandy).
• Change the transmission oil.
• Check the alternator drive belt tension.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Replace all moving hydraulic hoses.
• Replace the alternator drive belt.
• Change the engine coolant (See an Authorized Service Dealer).
• Touch up chipped paint.
• Drain and clean the fuel tank (See an Authorized Service Dealer).
