Possible cause
The copier is not ready to print.
A problem exists with the connection
between the ColorPASS and the copier.

Make sure that the copier is turned on and ready to print.
1. If the problem persists:
• Recycle power on the copier.
• Recycle power on the ColorPASS by shutting down through
the Functions menu, waiting 10 seconds, and then
powering the ColorPASS back on (see
