My Secondary Address is the GPIB command
used to address a device to be a Listener or a
Talker when extended (two byte) addressing is
used. The complete address is an MLA or MTA
address followed by an MSA address. There are
31 secondary addresses for a total of 961 distinct
listen or talk addresses for devices.
