2- The voice guidance is set to a high volume during a handsfree phonecall
Phenomenon description:
When there is an active phone call via Bluetooth HF, the volume of the navigation voice
guidance goes to MAXIMUM even when navigation volume is set a lower level in the setup
menu.
During this HIGH volume navigation command, the customer could not hear his phone call.
When the phone call is stopped, the voice guidance volume is much lower.
Supplier: Fujitsu Ten / Denso Ten
This phenomenon can occur on the following vehicles (see table) on DA software lower than
mentioned in below table.
The problem has been resolved as from the software version shown below table or higher.
