VideoAssist can be used to display videos with additional
explanations regarding operation.
With WaveClean automatic cleaning, the cooking chamber is cleaned
with the aid of a cleaning cartridge intended specifically for the
program and then rinsed clean.
CombiDoctor uses a selectable self-diagnostic program to check the
components used for climate control and cleaning.
HoodIn is a space-saving steam condensation feature which is
integrated in the Combisteamer.
Manual cooking (myCooking)
Individual cooking modes and unit functions can be run directly in the
"Manual cooking" operating mode. The various cooking modes and
unit functions can be modified individually.
Automatic cooking (autoChef)
In the "Automatic cooking" operating mode, saved cooking programs
can be run and, if necessary, modified.
Steaming
Steaming is a cooking mode in which the food to be cooked is cooked
gently by means of steam in a temperature range of 30 °C (86 °F) to
130 °C (266 °F).
Combisteaming
Combisteaming is a cooking mode in which the steaming and hot air
cooking modes are combined. The temperature range extends from
30 °C (86 °F) to 250 °C (482 °F).
Hot air
Hot air is a cooking mode, in which the food to be cooked is cooked
without additional moisture in a temperature range of 30 °C (86 °F) to
300 °C (572 °F).
