6.10.1 Removing Control Panel

DANGER!
Risk of Death, Injury, or Damage
To prevent electrical shock
– ALWAYS disconnect concentrator from electrical outlet before servicing.
1. Turn power Off (O) and unplug the unit.
2. Remove cabinet. Refer to 6.1 Removing Cabinet, page 17.
Cut the two tie wraps (not shown) that secure the control panel A to the sieve beds (not shown).

4. Cut the two tie wraps that secure the P. E. valve assembly to the control panel (not shown).
5. Remove the two mounting screws B that secure the control panel to the sound box.
6. Remove the ¼-inch I. D. tubing C from the top barbed fitting D of the flowmeter (not shown).
Remove the ¼-inch I. D. tubing C (not shpwn) from the bottom barbed fitting E of the flowmeter (not shown).
7.
Cut tie wrap and remove ¼-inch I. D. tubing C from the patient outlet barbed fitting F behind the control panel.

Disconnect the wire harness from P.C. board G
9.
Before performing STEP 9, label all wires to ensure correct reinstallation.
10. Remove spade connectors from circuit breaker H, hour meter I and On/Off (I/O) switch J. (Jumper wire harness from On/Off (I/O) switch
to circuit breaker does not have to be removed).
11. Remove the control panel assembly.
