Low Concentration:
Check for O

(oxygen outlet) of the concentrator.
Internal Status Indicators:
RED: Two Flashes
GREEN: One Flash73%
Shutdown Control Panel
Indicators:

YELLOW: Off
GREEN: Off
For SensO
units, the RED indicator will signal

extremely low purity and will be accompanied
by a continuous audible alarm and a system
shutdown. Repairs are required.

Probable Cause
1.
Cabinet filters dirty.
2.
Compressor inlet filter dirty.
Compressor:
1.
Defective.
2.
Faulty capacitor.
3.
Bad motor windings.
4.
Worn seals.
5.
Bad bearings.
6.
Leak at fittings or tubing.
7.
Leaky or defective relief valve.
8.
Insufficient voltage (outlet).
Heat exchanger:
1.
Leak at tubing or body chamber.
2.
Inspect tubing and heat exchanger.
Regulator cracked or leaking.
Leaky check valves.
Exhaust muffler dirty or plugged.
Fan:
1.
Not operating. Unit overheating.
2.
Faulty fan.
Sieve beds defective.
Tubing kinked or blocked.
P. C. board:
1.
Shifts at wrong pressures.
Flowmeter:
1.
Flowmeter opened beyond
maximum flow rate.
2.
Cracked or broken fitting.
3.
Input tubing leaking or loose.
P. E. valve:
1.
Bad coil.
2.
Restrictor blockage.
Inspect P. C. board restrictor tubing
for kinks or tears.
Solution
1.
Clean or replace. Refer to 5.1 Cleaning the
Cabinet Filter, page 12 and 5.3 Replacing the
Outlet HEPA Filter, page 13.

Replace inlet filter. Refer to 5.4 Replacing the
Compressor Inlet HEPA Filter, page 13.

Replace compressor. Refer to 6.2 Replacing

Replace capacitor. Refer to 6.3 Replacing

Repair or replace.
Check pressure at product tank. Pressure should rise
to 144.79 kPa (21 psi) at shift point. If not, replace
P. C. Board. Refer to 6.12 Replacing P. C. Board,
page 32.

Return flow to maximum setting.
