lowing menu in the Infotainment system.

Replace light bulbs

What you should be mindful of
DIY replacement of the following bulbs is possible.
Have the remaining light sources replaced by a spe-
cialist garage.
The new bulb must conform to the specification of
the original light bulb. The name of the bulb is
marked on the bulb socket.
After changing a bulb in the low beam light, the main
beam or fog light, have the headlights adjusted by a
specialist garage.
CAUTION
Halogen lamps are pressurised and can burst during
replacement!
Wear gloves and safety goggles.
NOTICE
Contamination of the halogen lamp reduces the life
of the lamp!
Do not touch the glass of the light bulb with your
bare fingers.
NOTICE
Danger of headlight damage due to the ingress of
water and dirt!
Always fit the protective cap on the headlight cor-
rectly after changing a bulb.
Conditions for changing a bulb
✓ Ignition switched off.
✓ Light switched off.
Replace light bulbs
Push the lever in the
direction of the arrow.

Fog lights
Attach the connector to the bulb, ensuring it clicks
into place.
Insert the light again and tighten.
Replace the cover and press it in until it clicks into
place.
Release the cover with
the bracket from the
tool kit and remove it.
Unscrew the screws

Remove the light.
Release the connector
and remove it from the
bulb.
Turn the bulb and re-
move it.
Insert the new bulb in-
to the light so that the
guide lugs on the bulb
are aligned with the
corresponding open-
ings in the light.
Turn the bulb clock-
wise
to secure.
