Select the Daily option. You can select other options based on your requirement.
Click Next. The Daily dialog box appears
Daily Dialog
In the Start box, select the start date and time of the task.
Select the Synchronize across time zones check box to synchronize the time across
different time zones.
Type the days in Recur every, to run the task periodically.
