Disassembly Instructions

WARNING
Fan Motor
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top and cabinet back.
6. Remove two screws securing fan motor mounting
bracket to control compartment back.
It may be necessary to remove sail switch to ac-
cess fan motor mounting bracket retaining screws.
7. Pull fan motor and bracket assembly through rear of
control compartment back. Disconnect wiring. Re-
move motor and bracket assembly.
8. Remove two nuts and bolts securing fan motor to
fan motor mounting bracket.
Thermal Fan
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet back.
6. Remove two thermal fan switch mounting screws.
7. Disconnect switch wiring. Remove switch.
Oven Light
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Remove oven door and racks.
3. Remove three screws securing lens retainer to oven
back liner.
4. Remove retainer, gasket and lens.
5. Unscrew bulb from socket. Replace with 40-watt
appliance bulb.
Oven Light Socket
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet back.
6. Remove oven light lens retainer mounting screws.
Remove retainer, gasket and lens.
7. Unscrew lens from socket.
8. Depress light socket retaining tabs. Push socket
out of lamp cup into oven cavity.
9. Disconnect socket wiring. Remove socket.

One Piece Oven Light Bulb/Oven Light
Socket
1. Disconnect power to range.
2. Unscrew (counterclockwise) glass knurled dome.
3. Using a glove, unscrew (counterclockwise) oven
light bulb.
Proceed with the following steps for oven light socket
removal.
4. Remove galvanized lower rear cover from range.
5. Carefully displace fiberglass insulation away from
rear of light socket.
6. With a flashlight, locate four tabs securing light
socket to oven liner. While pushing light socket (to-
wards front of range) depress the four tabs inward.
Light socket will release into oven cavity.
7. Disconnect wires from light socket.
8. Reverse procedure to reinstall light socket. Reposi-
tion insulation around lamp socket. Do not over-
tighten.
Pressure Regulator
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Remove control panel glass. Remove control panel
mounting bracket.
3. Disconnect gas supply to oven.
4. Unscrew and remove regulator from 90-degree el-
bow fitting.
Important Note: Use a soap solution to check for
leaks after installing replacement regulator.
Shut-Off Valve
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Remove control panel glass and control panel
mounting bracket.
3. Disconnect gas supply to oven.
4. Unscrew pressure regulator from 90-degree fitting.
5. Unscrew shut-off valve and fitting assembly from
gas manifold.
6. Unscrew 90-degree fitting from shut-off valve.
Important Note: Use a soap solution to check for
leaks after installing replacement regulator.
Momentary and Door Lock Switch
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Remove control panel glass and control panel
mounting bracket.
3. Remove two screws securing interlock and momen-
tary switches to lock switch to door lock.
4. Disconnect switch wiring. Remove switch.
