Disassembly Instructions

WARNING
Bake Gas Valve
1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top.
6. Remove bake burner supply tubing from gas valve.
7. Disconnect gas valve wiring.
8. Unscrew bake gas valve from outlet fitting in mani-
fold. Remove valve.
Important Note: Use a soap solution to check for
leaks after installing replacement valve.

Gas Manifold

1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply to oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top and left upper cabinet
side panel.
6. Remove pressure regulator and shut-off valve.
7. Remove bake and broil gas valves.
8. Remove five manifold mounting screws.
9. Remove manifold by sliding it towards control panel
and out from under control panel flueway.
Important Note: Use a soap solution to check for
leaks after installing replacement valve.

Control Panel Flueway

1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top. Remove left and right up-
per cabinet side panels.
6. Remove control panel top trim.
7. Remove two screws securing flueway support
bracket to oven top.
8. Lift flueway upward at front. Remove two lower
flueway mounting screws next to manifold pipe.
9. Remove flueway mounting screws. Remove
flueway.

Lower Oven Flue

1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top and cabinet back.
6. Remove four screws securing lower flue to vertical
flue. Remove four screws securing lower flue to the
flueway support bracket.
7. Slide lower flue out of flueway support bracket.
8. Remove flue.

Upper Oven Flue

1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top and cabinet back.
6. Access upper flue mounting screws by removing
lower oven flue.
7. Remove screws securing upper oven flue to oven
top. Remove four screws securing flue to flueway
support bracket.
8. Slide flue out of flueway support bracket.
9. Remove flue.

Sail Switch

1. Shut off power to oven.
2. Disconnect gas supply from oven.
3. Remove oven door and racks.
4. Remove oven from enclosure.
5. Remove oven cabinet top.
6. Remove two screws securing sail switch mounting
bracket to control compartment back. Disconnect
switch wiring.
7. Remove sail switch and bracket assembly.
