2.5 Maintenance
Overview of the maintenance jobs
Filter options are available for simple and fast searching to rationally process
maintenance jobs. Using filters, a search can be made for all relevant information
associated with a maintenance job using filters.
The filter result corresponds to the selectable criteria in so much that for each
criteria group, all maintenance jobs can be included in the result, which only
correspond regarding just one detail (or logic operation).
The criteria groups are logically combined with one another so that the filter result
must correspond to each selected and active group (and logic operation).
For an unfortunate selection it is possible that no maintenance job appears in the
filter result; e.g. display all new maintenance jobs that are processed.

Description
Only those maintenance jobs are included in
the selection result which have the specified
partial text in their name.
Maintenance jobs which have the new status,
appear in the selection result of the group for
the job status.
If a time period is entered for soon, then the
new jobs are displayed restricted to those
that will be due in the specified time period.
Maintenance jobs which have the open
status, appear in the selection result of the
group for the job status.
If a time period is entered for soon, then the
open jobs are displayed restricted to those
that will be due in the specified time period.
Maintenance jobs which have the closed OK
status, appear in the selection result of the
group for the job status.
If a time period is entered for from - to, then
the closed jobs are displayed, restricted to
those that have been closed in the specified
time period.
