Take a photo of the signed form, and then upload it to the Service Request debrief tool.

Fax or e-mail the signed form to the number or e-mail address shown at the bottom of the form.

Performing the HVPS characterization

Make sure to perform the following procedure when replacing the HVPS.

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Reports > Device > Device settings

Take note of the HVPS adjust values.

Turn off the printer.

Remove the old HVPS.

Install the new HVPS.

Perform a POR.

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Printer diagnostics & adjustments > HVPS adjust

For each letter under the HVPS adjust section, enter the values as indicated on the sticker of the new HVPS.

Perform a POR.

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Reports > Device > Device settings

Check if the new HVPS adjust values were saved.
