Aligning the MAIN DRIVE MOTOR

Warning
• Dangerous Voltage
• Moving Parts
[1] Disconnect the PROCESSOR from the main
power.
[2] Remove:
• DRIVE SIDE PANEL
• 2 GUARD SCREWS
• CHAIN GUARD
[3] Loosen the 3 SETSCREWS.
[4] Align the SPROCKETS with eachother.
[5] Tighten the 3 SETSCREWS.
[6] Check:
• DRIVE CHAIN does not touch the
MOUNTING PLATE
• SPROCKET on the DRIVE SHAFT does not
touch the DRYER RACK
[7] Install:
• DRIVE SIDE PANEL
• 2 GUARD SCREWS
• CHAIN GUARD
