Effect Solution
Disable engine start *Verify with a voltmeter that CAN+
for tier 4F engines and CAN- lines are not shorted.*
Measure the resistance between
D228CAN+ (YL, TCON J9-3) and
D228CAN- (GR, TCON J9-4); should
be between 55 and 65 ohms.
* D228CAN+ (YL, TCON J9-3)
should be between 1V and 5V.
* D228CAN- (GR, TCON J9-4)
should be between 1V and 5V.
Remove short(s) and cycle power.

*D81CAN- (GR, TCON J5-4) should
be between 1V and 5V.
