Push the MENU ON / OFF / PAGE switch repeatedly to PAGE until
the SETUP CARD page shown below appears (or use the PAGE
UP / DOWN function).
If no card is inserted, the message "CARD NOT INSERTED!"
appears. Close the menu and insert a card.
