RECEPTION
If the machine beeps and the error LED comes on,
this means that an error has occurred (e.g. an
interruption in the connection). If this is the case,
let the facsimile machine finish redialling the numbers
waiting for transmission and then press STOP to
switch off the LED and repeat the polling request to
the correspondents who have not transmitted the
document. To identify the correspondents see the
"Last RX report" or print out the connection activity
data (see the "Connection activites" section of the
"ACTIVITY HANDLING" chapter.

RECEPTION REPLY STORING

This function enables the facsimile machine to receive documents even when there is no paper or ink left, or
the paper has jammed.
After restoring the facsimile machine to normal operation, the documents will automatically be printed.
Reception reply storing is activated by means of the operating configuration parameter "RX REPLY STORED"
(see the "PROGRAMMING" chapter).
To find out the reference parameters that help you to identify a document waiting to be printed, refer to the
"Documents stored" section of the "ACTIVITY HANDLING" chapter.
