Press the MENU button.
The setup menu presently selected appears on the time
data display.

Turn the jog dial to display the desired menu item.
Press the JOG button, then turn the jog dial to select
the item. The item selected flashes.

Press the SET button to change the setting.
When the item is set, the item changes from flashing to
continuously lit.

Repeat the step 2 and 3 when you set other items.

Press the MENU button to quit the setup menu.
