9.1.1 Firmware Updates

Firmware updates are firmware releases that include fixes and enhancements to the receiver
functionality. Firmware updates are released on the NovAtel web site as they become available.
Firmware upgrades can be performed using the WinLoad utility, SoftLoad commands, NovAtel
Web UI, NovAtel Connect or with a custom loader application. Contact NovAtel Customer Sup-
port (support@novatel.com) for details on custom loader requirements.

9.1.2 Model Upgrades

Model upgrades enable purchased receiver features.
