If paper misfeeds occur frequently,
even if you have selected a suitable
paper, follow the steps below.
A Press the [Select] key.
B Select the type of paper misfeed
and frequency with the { { { { ~ ~ ~ ~ } } } } , { { { { } } } } } } } } ,
{ { { { | | | | } } } } , or { { { { { { { { } } } } keys.

Press the [OK] key.
If paper misfeeds occur frequently in
the paper exit section, even if you are
using standard or thin paper and
have selected [Std.], do the following:
A Set the wing guide to the "Down"
position with the user tools. See
"Deflector Angle" on p.144 "4.
Mode Setting".
