Using USB Recording Features

Record video and audio during a call, multicast, or while idle on a USB memory device connected to the
back of the unit.
You can continue recording a different transmission status. For example, you can start recording while idle,
and then start and end a call while recording.
To use USB recording features, set "USB Rec" to "ON" in "Security Settings" (Page 149). Also configure
recording related settings in "Making Recording Settings (Page 132)".
Note
If the multicast terminal is KX-VC300/KX-VC500/KX-VC600, you cannot record with relay and receiver
terminals.

About Recorded Data

If the continuous recording time exceeds 4 hours (2 hours in high-quality mode), the subsequent recording
is automatically saved in a new file. The name of the new file contains the date and time when the recording
