Removing the Solid-State Drive

The MVX1000 unit utilizes a 32GB or 64GB memory device called the Solid State Drive (SSD).
basis, when LAN is not available, the SDD can be removed from the MVX1000 unit and docked inside
SDD Adaptor Box inside the back office. The SDD Adaptor Box uploads the incident files to the
MVX1000 Manual Upload Station for process in the Digital Multimedia Management System
To remove the Solid-State Drive:
Step 1. Use the supplied key to unlock the SSD Compartment Door.
Step 2. Wait for the OK TO REMOVE Indicator to illuminate green.
Never remove the SSD before the
CAUTION
the Indicator turns green may damage the recorded information on the SSD.
Step 3. Hold and pull out the SSD from the SSD Compartment.
